A minor variation on my sliders, this works nicely as a lunch/dinner or a brunch if you are hanging;

combine pork mince with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and chill power

mix together and form small balls, then flatten

fry in a skillet for a few minutes, then put slices of Edam (optional) on the top of the tasty little buggers

pop under the grill with a slice of pepper/chilli/any veg of your choice

while finishing the sliders in the grill lightly toast two muffins

serve with chips and a beer!
